About MSS

MSS are able to offer a full draughting service for all types of structures. General arrangement drawings are produced upon receipt of order. TQ's are then raised. These arrangements are then used as a point of reference to identify and resolve as much outstanding information as possible prior to commencing detailing.


A 3D model is prepared on the latest version of Tekla (currently version 21). The fabrication issue would comprise of fabrication drawings, fittings sketches, assembly drawings, material lists, bolt lists, load lists, DSTV files, cold rolled CAM data (sent directly to the cold rolled supplier if preferred).


On completion of detailing, we will issue a series of 3D Marking plans and a BIM sight model, which you can send on to your clients, enabling them to take a virtual tour through the steel skeleton of their building. (Requires downloading a Freeware package).


Even though detailing may be complete, we do not class a project as finished until the steel is fully erected, and always give full and immediate attention to any issues that arise during fabrication or installation - a fact that has gained us praise from our existing clients.
